CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
The cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment must be done no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the service value if you miss your scheduled appointment without proper notification.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, 50% of the service will be charged. If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment, this will count as a No-Show and 100% of the service will be charged.
We apologize for having to implement this cancellation policy however, missed or cancelled appointments affect our business and some of our other clients who were looking for appointments may not have been able to find an open spot.
